day 36, 1:46pm, sanuki udon
it's good, especially cold.
there are lots of udon shops in kagawa, and shikoku as a whole. i found a small mom and pop place that had the perfect atmosphere for trying a local specialty.
well enough sitting, i'm off!
The Shikoku pilgrimage is a 1200km route connecting 88 Shingon Buddhist temples which are scattered around the Japanese island of Shikoku. I will begin the pilgrimage May 23rd and spend roughly 40 days walking around the island and visitng the temples. This is an adventure which was decided apon 6 years ago and which I've spent the last year and a half preparing for. You're welcome to join me as I update my progress from the road.
